Diana Conner
Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist

Diana is set to join the team at Port Hills Physio + Pilates on 23 May 2023. Diana qualified from the Otago School of Physiotherapy back in 1988 and over her career spanning 35 years, has maintained an avid interest in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy and Manual Therapy (a hands-on approach). She qualified with a Post-graduate Diploma in Manual Therapy from the Auckland School of Physiotherapy in 1992. After three years of clinical experience under her belt, Diana moved to British Columbia, Canada, for two years to work in private practice. On returning home to New Zealand she owned and operated a clinic, in a partnership, in Riccarton for the next 24 years.

A holistic, common sense approach delivered in a personal manner with a good sense of humour, is her trademark. Diana has been involved with school sports teams (mainly Basketball) and she enjoys interacting with people of all ages and different cultural backgrounds. Diana emigrated from the Netherlands as a teenager and learning English as a second language has given her excellent listening skills. Considering she originally came from a flat country, she feels most at home in the hills and mountains; either tramping, mountainbiking or skiing. Diana is married to Paul and has two adult children and an old, but active dog.

We look forward to working with Diana and know that she will be an asset to our team. Her experience and knowledge of musculo-skeletal conditions will be greatly appreciated.
