Rachel Jansen
Physiotherapist/Breathing Pattern Disorders​

Rachel completed her physiotherapy degree at the University of Otago.  She has worked in both hospital and Musculoskeletal private practice in NZ and the UK.

Rachel has a particular interest in mind body healthcare and using a whole person approach in treating any condition.

Her particular focus is in the area of Breathing Pattern disorders, anxiety and lifestyle factors that affect our health and wellbeing.

Rachel is trained in the BradCliff breathing Method which was developed by Auckland Physiotherapists, Dinah Bradley and Tania Clifton-Smith, who are recognized experts in this field and have published many articles and written several books.

Rachel loves helping patients understand what leads to Breathing dysfunction, and seeing them restore their confidence and wellbeing through simple effective breathing techniques.

Outside of work Rachel enjoys mountain biking, kite surfing,  skiing and adventures in the outdoors with her husband and 3 active children.
