Russell recently graduated from the University of Otago with a B.Phty in Physiotherapy. He graduated with Academic and Sporting Excellence and was rewarded for his outstanding achievement. In 2022 Russell completed his final placement with us, and we were delighted when he chose to take up our offer and work with us.

He is personable, enthusiatic and a curious learner who shows a real passion for all clinical areas. Russell values the importance of a patient centred approach working with clients to attain their goals. He will start at PHPP on 13 February 2023 and will be mentored by Jo Kennedy our Clinical director.

Outside of Physiotherapy he is an elite track runner, focussing on 1500-5000m competing on the national stage. He has gained selection for two New Zealand teams, with his current career highlight medalling in the 2022 NZ Mile Championships.
